To ensure the freshness of our flowers, it’s important that you review our shipping policy:
- our shipments are processed Monday through Thursday until 4:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.
- for Orlando, Miami, and Tampa, delivery typically takes about 1 business day after shipment. For all other locations, delivery times follow UPS and FedEx estimates (approximately 1–3 business days).
- no deliveries on Sundays, Mondays, or major U.S. holidays (unless stated otherwise)

Your flowers have been on a little journey, so the first thing they need is fresh water.
For the best experience:
Place them in room-temperature water as soon as they arrive.
Add the flower food included with your order.
Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline.
Trim the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in the vase.
Keep your arrangement in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight.
Refresh the water and retrim the stems every few days.
If a few petals look bruised from transit, don’t worry — your flowers are still beautiful. Just gently remove those petals and let the blooms hydrate.
