Yes — Blyskt ships gift boxes and gift baskets worldwide. Fresh flowers are only available for delivery within the United States, since they're perishable and can't survive international transit.

Any import taxes, duties, or additional customs fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the Blyskt order total.

Fresh flowers travel overnight and may look slightly dehydrated or soft when first unpacked — this is completely normal for cut flowers, not specific to Blyskt. Trim the stems and place them in fresh water, and they typically recover quickly.

If your flower box arrives in poor condition — not just slightly soft (see "Why did my flowers arrive looking wilted?" above for what's normal) — contact Blyskt within 24 hours with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-perishable gift boxes can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and unused. Custom boxes and flower boxes are non-refundable, since they're personalized and perishable.
